This smoke shop is a horrible customer service. They sent me other store with a completely defective torch and then said that I am lucky the day are even going to exchange it for one. That was way cheaper. I did not get what I paid for. They were rude as hell to me I cannot believe this I did not need that torch. I only did this to help that business because it seemed like it needed help but now I know when you help people so ungrateful and they aren’t even willing to help you sell you something that works and manipulate you to buy things that you do not need and then treat you like a completely different person after you make the purchase that is a horrible business and it is going to be shut down one way or another treating me like complete crap I wasted half my can of butane on a torch that did not even make a flicker that I paid $40 for and total $85 leaving the store with things that do not work. They are out to get your money not to helptheir local neighbors.

Owner parks his corvette in the handicap space in front of his shop without a handicap placard or plate. Had to park halfway down the lot with my mom who uses a walker due to hip replacement. Sure would have been nice to park in the handicap with our placard in the window.

Cool clean shop. Easy parking. Great prices on glass. They have a variety of things! Definitely will be my go to smoke shop in Fallbrook. Owner is such a nice guy too!
