11:19 PM and they’re already closed even though the door and Google both say midnight. I literally called 16 minutes ago to make sure they had JUUL pods, they said yes, and I drove over to locked doors. Embarrassing. If you can’t keep your posted hours or give accurate information over the phone, don’t waste people’s time. Skip this place.

You guys have an associate leaving store unattended ( I waited almost 5 min for guy to show up)....then trying not to ring sales. I got some pipe screens..asked how much as I took cash out...he said $2 (I've paid more here in past)..when he saw my cash, he took money out of his pocket to give me change. I then changed to debit card. Then he input sale into register. This was on Jan 15, 2026..9:23 am..trans#012317. I've worked retail over 40 years...I know how employees don't ring sales....

I've been a customer to Urban cigar, for quite sometime. There's a worker there named Gabe. He runs the shop really excellent. And serves me quite good.
