I went to Stone smoke shop today to exchange a Maven torch I got from them about 1 wk ago. The torch worked 1 time and then stopped. Ray the manager took really good care of me and took his time to explain the difference in quality of a few brands. I ended up going with a Newport Zero torch. This is my 3rd. Best company I’ve used so far. I paid the $5 difference and he took the broken Maven back. I really appreciate Ray and his customer service care and support that he provided me. Ask for him, he’s great.

Stone Smoke Shop is an awesome place. Prices are really good and they’ve got a huge variety of stuff, so u dont waste time going to different stores. Ray is super chill n easy to talk to. He always helps you find what you need and never tries to upsell or pressure you. If you want good deals and great service, this is the spot.

Been a loyal client here for over a year and the girls are really nice especially Wendy she’s awesome! but the guy always be doing to much charging to much taxing to much on stuff never hooks you up or helps you out etc… you can get the same products or better products down the street one minute away at nebula smoke shop just saying… the guy there is amazing and kind and will hook you up / help you out etc… that’s my new place now. I don’t spend nearly as much money and get the same exact stuff! Talk about deals
