If I could, I’d give it no stars. I went to the store at 4:30pm on a Friday. The open sign was on, the woman walked out, closed and locked the door and got into a Black Charger and just drove off. Tried to call the number listed for their business and got message “wireless customer cannot answer” Is this an actual business? Horrible service, will report to BBB.

Good selection, but girl behind the counter said that none of the bongs had stems, I asked if they just were kept off them In the display, she said “no like all of them don’t have stems”. So weird. Guess I won’t buy a bong there.

Everytime I try to shop here, the open sign is on but the doors are locked during business hours. I managed to find it open once and they had decent pricing on nic liquid but that’s about the only star I’ll give them. Lady looked like I was bothering her shopping there.

I came by at 1:51pm on 2/28 and their open sign is on and the door is locked with no answer. Tried to call and still nothing. I’ve had them tell me they’d order what I was looking for and was never here. Terrible place.

I wish I could have the experience of shopping at JD’s smoke and vape but upon my arrival I found a note on the door that said text me to see where I’m at be back at 7:15. Well it’s 730 now and I see no employee coming back. The note on the door is hilarious, it says text me to see where I’m at. I guess this is some sort of where’s Waldo treasure hunt. This is a ridiculous way to run a business and I can assure you that I will not come back. I hope whoever owns this store realizes that his employees literally leave the business unattended during business hours
