Bought a device from the store and got it home charged it filled it with juice and it doesn’t work. Not at all. I called the store to see if I could exchange it and he said no I have to call the company to get a refund. So I spent $60 for nothing just to go through a month long process to wait for a new device. Very frustrating. The employee at the store was very nice and pleasant but I’m out $60

Closest smoke shop to my house so i always used to go there. About a month ago I came in and tried to pay with Apple Cash. Didn’t notice that my balance was like $3 short of the transaction value. So I got charged and there was a small leftover balance. I dropped a couple of bucks on Apple cash to cover that but the girl at the store charged me as a new transaction so again I was left with leftover balance. And it’s ok. Mistakes happen. But instead of helping to resolve this, she got defensive saying that it’s my bank’s issue. I asked her if she will refund me the money if she is not going to sell me anything and she proceeded to tell me how the transaction’s status is pending which means I wasn’t charged and the money will bounce back. Obviously I never got the money back. At that point it was just a matter of principle. So I filed a claim with Apple Cash which got denied because there is no proof of promise of refund from the merchant. In the end, my only option was to vent here.

Staff always helpful. I buy loose tobacco and tubes. Prices are pretty good, even for cigarettes.

Stevie was forsure A1 helped me out extensively in finding the right setup… The other Arab dude tried robbing me by telling me a bong cost 60$ when the tag and also the only reason why I picked it, said 40$. He tried laughing it off. As a business works in USA, I didn’t find this amusing and stayed straight faced and continued with buying the piece at 40$ But Stevie went all out and beyond to help me find the right banger to fit my e-nail to take fat dabbers Stevie has alway shown that she cared for what the customers wanted.. she is blond and is a bundle of joy you can’t miss her
