All what I just wanted was a VAPE !!!!! I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. The first thing I was asked was whether I was a cop, then he asked for my ID !! and then the price was much higher than what I later found at other smoke shops. It honestly felt like the “Are you a cop?” question was being used as a way to overcharge customers who seemed new to the area. Two weeks later, I visited another smoke shop nearby, and the experience was completely different. The staff were friendly, the prices were fair, and I wasn’t treated with suspicion the moment I walked in. Looking back, the prices felt heavily inflated compared to other local shops. Seeing another review mention the exact same “Are you a cop?” experience makes me think this isn’t a one time interaction , he uses it for the new customer to scam them and overpriced them !

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store. The base price product was intentionally overpriced, and when I inquired about it, the staff became very rude. The display was unprofessional and should be closed. In particular, the older gentleman working there was extremely rude, even using profanity towards a customer, which is completely unacceptable behavior.

Update: Mentioned the quality of one of the products sold and the younger cashier questioned me the customer which left me with a bad taste in my mouth! I can't imagine Mike the owner having treated me that way. Smoke shop about a block away with only good interactions there. Same inventory and prices, too.

I love how much time Aladdin(the owner) invests in both his business and his customers! He treats this business like his baby! He takes care of all his customers and will get you anything you ask him to get. Overall, best smoke shop in the entire valley! Keep up the hard work Aladdin!

Super friendly staff, great prices. Open late and early. Highly recommended. Don't go anywhere else.
