Honestly I never write bad reviews but I know how you are supposed to be treated and the individual working the shop today was downright rude. I walked in and asked if I could go check out the selection and he said “as long as you know what you’re looking for.” I must have been in the humidor for 5 minutes and he came in and acted annoyed saying “ok what are you looking for?” I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised to see such a great selection but honestly after looking for a short time everything was dusty and dried out. I picked out a couple cigars and as I was paying he had an attitude with someone who just walked in not really knowing what to look for and was crabby with someone smoking inside. I would never go back just based on the person who was working today. He had 0 customer service skills and acted extremely inconvenienced anytime someone came in. I could go into more detail but overall very poor experience. Spend your money elsewhere

Great time here with friends. Just a easy going place to sit back and enjoy some Cigars. Meet new people and talk about life. If you need a place to watch sports talk to my boy Chris he is great.

They will offer you Cuban cigars. THEY ARE FAKE! Don't buy them! Go to a reputable website to get Cuban cigars. One picture I added is a cigar they sold me and many other people, the webpage is what the real thing looks like. STOP GIVING THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY. I love Cuban cigars places like this infuriate me.

The owner was friendly and helpful enough, but charged me for what turned out to be a Chinese pipe about four times what it usually goes for, and the Davidoff pipe tobacco was more than twice what it costs online. Caveat emptor! That said, at least he had a half-way decent selection of tins and codger pouches, which is more than I can say for the other half-dozen “tobacco shops” I went to before discovering this one.

I’m a pipe smoker and in the greater Los Angeles area, it’s increasingly hard to find pipe tobacco. Usually order online, but couldn’t because I’m in the midst of moving. I located Cigar House via a Google search, called and asked if they had pipe tobacco. The man who answered said they had a lot and just hung up. When I arrived, two men were in there watching a soccer match on TV and I told them I’d called about the pipe tobacco. They did have an impressive selection and I purchased $100 worth. Since it was a smoking lounge I asked if I could smoke a bowl there and the guy rudely told me, “No, you buy and you leave.” I was truly offended by his attitude. I’ll never patronize them again.
