Been going here forever, however, they sold me the WRONG item on a Friday night, never used it, went to return it on a Monday night, said couldn’t exchange anything after 48 hours. So would rather lose my business then accommodate a long time customer, so no longer will have my business. I had receipt, price tags still in tact, everything to prove it was perfectly resell-able. They show no loyalty to their loyal customers! There’s a perfectly well stocked smoke shop down the street that will be getting my business. Not recommended. Over/ priced. They also own the wild side shops in Simi valley that we will be boycotting as well.

Everyone I have met here is consistently professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Every employee I’ve interacted with demonstrates the same high level of customer service. Their hospitality truly stands out and makes each visit an easy experience. I always feel welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I've shopped at nearly all of the smoke shops around the West Valley. Purple Haze, by far, has the best inventory. More importantly the most knowledgeable staff I have ever spoken to. Not just one great employee, all of them. They know something regarding every product on their shelves.

The store is organized, clean and comfortable. The employees are polite and helpful and always ready to answer any questions you may have. They also have frequent sales and raffles and offer '3 for $5' on Special Blue brand butane and '3 for $5' on oil burners.

My go-to smoke shop, because it's super convenient. But amazing staff, so helpful and knowledgeable. I always walk out having bought more than expected (I can't resist!) and I always leave with a smile on my face having had a great chat with one of the staff members!
