When I requested to view specific items, the associate stated, "It's all the same!" and indicated that we would remain until closing if I continued to inquire about additional items. I perceived an air of arrogance from the associate, which I understand may stem from experiences with customers who browse without purchasing. Despite this interaction, I did make a purchase exceeding $30. While I appreciated the competitive pricing and extensive selection, it is noteworthy how a negative interaction can significantly impact the overall customer experience.

I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for quite some time. The 3 workers I always see are polite, quick and know what product I’m talking about when I don’t know myself. I’ve never had a problem with the place or the people and enjoy the short conversations I have here. I recommend making this place your go to rather than other shops. Their prices are hard to beat to!
