Amazing customer service and best prices in Butte county in my opinion

I'm not from the Chico area. Needed a couple things and saw this store in passing. They have a huge inventory!!! It definitely is a 1 stop shop. Hakeem provided amazing service. Answered everything I had asked and was patient with me. Definitely recommend!!!! If I'm town will make it a point to stop there again.

I rate a store by the employees and merchandise and both are excellent at Top Notch. Mo, the owner is always stocked up and happy to order anything you might need in any amount! His employee Kate is always friendly and helpful! Just good people all around! Thanks Mo and Kate!! P.S. I also love their other store Volcanoe Tobacco on Mangrove!

I LOVE this smoke shop, it's very organized and clean. Great location It's well stocked so great variety of products. The staff and manager are so professional, welcoming and friendly, the second you walk in there, you feel like your visiting with friends.
