The best smoke shop in the Inland Empire! Super friendly guys working there that are very helpful and the prices of everything is very reasonable! I have been going here for years and I have not found a better smoke shop anywhere in Southern California! The owner is a super nice guy! Highly recommended 10/10!

**A Disappointing Experience at the Chino smoke shop and Water Store** About three weeks ago, I witnessed something upsetting at the Chino water store. An older gentleman was buying water, and when he paid with two dollar bills, two quarters, and 50 cents in pennies, the cashier—a man working over the counter—refused to accept his payment, saying he doesn’t take pennies and doesn’t want to count them. I stepped in and told the cashier that money is money, and it shouldn’t matter in what form it comes. A week later, the same employee was rude to my mom when she paid with a dollar bill, a nickel, a dime, and five pennies. Again, he refused to take her money, saying he doesn't accept change or pennies. Then today, I had a similar experience myself. I went in to buy a single can of water, which costs 30 cents. I handed the cashier—this time a woman—two dimes and ten pennies, and she refused to take my payment, saying she doesn’t accept that kind of money. I reminded her that all forms of currency should be valid, but she became upset and insisted she wouldn’t accept it. What troubles me most is that all three instances involved older individuals, including my mother, being treated rudely. I firmly believe that no one—especially elderly customers—should be disrespected this way. The fact that these situations involved Mexicans makes me feel that there could be discrimination at play, which is completely unacceptable. If you care about fair treatment and respect, I encourage you to consider avoiding this store.
