After spending hundreds, if not thousands here. I complain about a vape (has happened to me before here but would take the loss but finally had it) . I purchased a vape not having any charge, nor flavor, it tasted like battery acid. Owner refused to offer an exchange or refund, that “there was nothing I could do.” No problem. You lost a loyal customer and my business forever. Hope the $25 gain was worth it. Have a blessed day, “brother”

Very rude, double charged my card and refused to refund. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS OVERPRICED SHOP AGAIN * 2 year update. This Place is now selling knock off and fake vapes, glass brands, cigars etc. I can't believe I gave this Place a second chance

Nothing to bad or good. It's a smoke shop. It's convenient. Good prices. Lots of accessories for vape. They have a pretty badass cigar selection for a smoke shop and they are moderately priced. Honestly, I didn't expect to find higher quality stuff so this place is great when I'm in a jamb. Cigar prices are $8 to $11 for something that would cost $16 to $25 at a cigar lounge. So higher than buying boxes online, but nowhere near gouging.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t even bother to check my REAL ID. Immediately denied me and didn’t even give me the time of day. Would not recommend.

Best prices compared to other similar shops. Very courteous staff. Definitely recommend this spot.
