VIP Smoke Shop is a great place to stop if you’re looking for variety and good customer service. The store itself is clean and well arranged, and the staff seems knowledgeable about the different products they carry. When I visited, they were helpful in pointing out a few options and explaining the differences between them. It didn’t feel like a rushed retail experience, which I appreciated. Overall it’s a solid local shop with a good atmosphere.

Bought a defective elf bar, he wouldn't swap it out for a new one. I didn't even want a refund I just wanted what I paid for. Went today for a vape again, it was defective and I try to have boss man swap it out he refused because it “worked” it was doing the infamous hissing sound for 5 seconds after using witch means it’s defective. I didn’t want my money back I simply wanted to swap it out. I buy at this location on a REGULAR basis. drinks, pro clubs, vapes, batteries for my carts, candies, cigars. But no more, it’s always the same guy too, the one that didn’t wanna swap it 2 years ago and now today again. Other than that you guys have been great to me but it’s time to find a different smoke shop. 😔 today is Tuesday July 29th 2025

Not really a smoker but the guy was very nice on helping out with the selection. They willing to work with you on any question you may have. Amazing selection of drinks, good cheap cigars. Highly recommended.
