Recently my boyfriend and I were an annoyance to the person working. We were interested in a new torch and had asked to see several. I had 1 in mind and my boyfriend was still looking and we were told by the man working that he had real work to do in the back. We decided to not purchase any of the torches. I thought that customers were your work and keep your business running. Apparently I was wrong. So if you want attentive customer service don't come here. BTW he ended our interaction with see you next year. We have gone in there 3 times before spending no less than $80 a visit. Not that night and not again!!

Second time purchasing a vape that tasted burnt. First time, I exchanged it for a good one. I guess if it happens twice it's just not gonna fly for them. The guy offered $5 off the same type of vape. Since this happened twice in a month and they denied me an exchange the second time (as if I'm doing this on purpose or something), I'll take my business elsewhere. I just don't have the money to be wasting it on burnt vapes. I think I've bought at least 15 of these vapes from this location over the course of a year. Basically, what happened was I bought a vape for $27, it tasted burnt, a very unpleasant taste and they told me they'd take off $5 off the next one. So, basically, they want me to spend another $22 to get a good one. So, total $49 for one disposable vape that doesn't taste like burned cotton. And instead of arguing over it, asking for my money back, whatever. I just leave this pristine 1-star review here and let all my friends to stop coming here. Hope it was worth it, bud.

The guy who was there last night answering all my questions Very friendly at all times, he simply enjoys his job and makes the customer feel welcome. They have a wider variety of pipe tobacco than other stores around. With super competitive prices!!
