Disappointing experience. Purchased a defective vape that was emitting smoke and extremely hot, while not in use. I left with two associates to get warranty approval from owner approximately 2.5 months ago, along with purchasing a a brand new replacement. Stopped by in person today on 6/6/26 & the guy went completely mental on me when I asked what happened with the owner. Take your meds buddy, because you are out of control and unwarranted. He blamed it on the owner for not calling me back, despite admitting that the owner had already refused to honor a refund and didn’t bother to call me personally. The other guy is just as useless. Take your business elsewhere where they value you as a customer and stand behind their products.

What a dump. Do your research people. Everything they sell here can be found online for more than half the cost. Dont let their 10% off deal fool you! You get no deals here. Trust me.

I really enjoy purchasing my vapes from this store. They have a wide selection for every smoking preference. The atmosphere is wonderful.
