Great prices and big selection of products.. This is where I go for anything smoke related for the past few years..

Been going there for years, the employees are cool compared to most other Smoke-shops, it’s nice that they are open late and have a rewards system for discounts and accessories. They have a good variety but no dry herb vaporizers. I had a defective bong but “all sales are final even if it’s defective”, got 35% off on a different bong but I rather just been able to swap it out so that the manufacturer knows where to improve their products.

Wack. Business hours says open until 12am I show up at 11pm all the lights are on and 3 grown men stand there and waive at me from behind the register looking like they’ve sitting there playing Pokémon.

What a joke of a smoke shop; came in at 10:50 PM on 4/20 granted 10 minutes before closing but was immediately greeted by a frowning face, and a look of disappointment that I had entered the store I had came in to buy two bongs, a pipe, some papers, butane, and the torch I left with only a torch because the employee refused to show me pieces based on the fact that she wanted to go home after she had just broke the first one I requested to see. If I was the Store owner, I would fire both employees working that night immediately since they showed no care for the store or its customers. Run your business, how you like, but I can guarantee you’ll not receive another penny from this guy. Their sorry excuse was that they were simply employees, and did not own the place. It’s rare to find a business that can show away money, but hey, I guess if you got it like that enjoy your customers because I assure you sooner or later someone like me will open up next to you and through better customer service take your business.
