If you come in and happen to meet the owner, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome. He's a great guy so customer service is always awesome. The store also has a wide selection of tobacco products, cigars, hookah stuff, lighters and more.. pretty much all things to expect at a store like this. The store is always clean, great vibe, and conveniently located near the Neighborhood Walmart & Little Caesars Pizza. Good prices too.

Walked into the store to buy a small cigar. The young man with long, curly hair behind the counter was not interested in helping me and said he knew nothing about cigars. When I picked a couple out I made my purchase without a single shred of decent customer service from the guy. When I got home I found mold on the cigars and when I returned to get my refund he said I could only have store credit. I told him I wouldn’t buy again from a place that sells moldy cigars. I insisted on a refund and he said ok but the tax is non refundable. I made it known that the lack of customer service wasn’t appreciated. When I left he said “Have a nice day. No, have a BLESSED day” with a bit of agresssion. I went back to apologize 15 minutes later for insulting his customer service and to explain why I got frustrated and to find some common ground and he just blew me off. Thanks Bro, for helping restore my faith in the younger generation. Really, stellar customer service dude.

Very little variety in cigar selection. Associate was rude. Walked in because the sign said they were still open. Was making selection of a cigar she said I'm going to close and rushed us out of there. Their sign says they close at 7:30 not 8. I won't come back here again an I dont recomend it at all.

Overweight guy with long hair is extremely rude. Yelled and cursed at me for accidentally walking behind the counter. I've been going here for 10 years. Probably won't be back unless he's terminated. Edit: great service now. Back to boss man for now. I Hope you can find someone better to help with your store.
