I had been coming to this place for about four or five years and had never experienced any problems until my recent interaction with one of the tall male employees. (For recognition we went there on July 3 around 2:30pm) I politely asked him to show us a product, but instead of helping, he told us that we could look at it from far away and refused to bring. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. If you are working in a store, your job is to assist customers and properly present the products—not dismiss them when they ask for help. After being treated this way, I will never return, and I cannot recommend this business to anyone. A business that allows its employees to treat loyal customers so poorly does not deserve their support.

New smoke shop in the area with big variety of products and great prices!! Plenty of different vapes brand, vapes juices, big selection of glass among a lot more. The shop is clean, staff has great costumer service and they are open till 11pm every day which is very convenient since all the other shops usually close earlier.

Extremely disappointing experience. The employee was rude and unhelpful. When I asked to see a product, he told me, "Look for yourself," in a very disrespectful manner. Customer service like this drives people away. I won't be returning.

I strongly recommend this place. The price is good and the worker is super nice, helpful, know what he's doing.
