Went in the store at 12 at night because they are open 24 hours. Wanted to get a puff bar because I finished my last one, bought a sour apple bling bar and it is already two years old the product wasn't any good from the first puff and instead of throwing it away and giving me a new one the clerk just kept acting as if it's still good and not his problem however look at the photo it's bad already the taste test was pathetic then he still charged me ten dollars for a new one instead of just exchanging it. Hold them accountable to stocking inventory properly if it's past six months then they need to be taken off the shelf and thrown out. Have them send them back so they can get a bulk shipment of new ones every six months
Reviews
rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this tobacco shop was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The owners (or managers—hard to tell, as they were the only ones working) were not only unwelcoming, but downright rude when I asked simple questions about their products. Rather than helping me find what I was looking for, they acted as if I was bothering them. When I asked about pricing or product details, they responded with sarcasm and impatience. There’s a big difference between being busy and being disrespectful, and unfortunately, this place leans hard into the latter. What’s worse, their business practices seem questionable at best. Prices aren’t clearly marked, and I noticed they charge different customers different prices for the same items. No receipts were offered, and when I asked for one, the owner scoffed and waved me off. A business like this survives on customer loyalty, but it’s clear they have no interest in earning it. There are plenty of other tobacco shops that know how to treat people with basic courtesy and respect. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and I recommend others do the same.
I love coming to this store its my go to since moving from oc to compton, but last night left me very disappointed.i was asking for the items i always get never comes up to more than 20 dollars.all the items i needed the guy just kept telling me no no no,so i was going to just get a torch which is 6 dollars well this guy was charging me 20 dollars for it i was using my debit card so i put the wrong pin and left empty handed
Came into the store today looking for a few products and the owner or worker can’t really tell as it’s only two guys working, they gave me the worst experience EVER!!!! First and foremost most they have 0 customer service! I walked in and wasn’t even greeted with a hello, hi , or welcome, nothing !!! I walked around for a few minutes and still wasn’t even being acknowledged. I went and grabbed a soda and asked to please be charged, AND these two guys were having a whole conversation and got upset at the fact I want to be charged???? Mind u I was going to also buy product! I don’t recommend anyone coming here, they’re rude and have no business! I will never be coming back here again! Also it’s very dirty the fridge where the drinks are in looks like it’s never been cleaned 🤮🤢 I should of known better as soon as u walk in u can tell the vibe is just off.
So much good experience there… they have cheap price for everything then other stores… this place is good for cheap smoking items… best store in compton…
