I live in concord but I’ve been coming to this Voltage for about 4 years now rather then the one down the street from my house due to a real bad experience there but I can say this shop has the best customer service hands down and cause I come here often they always give me good deals and tonight dude hooked me up with a dope ass rolling trey no charge so if you need supplies this is definitely the place to get them!

There is some really racist and creepy messaging referencing this very shop at this very adress across the hall from me in my apartment. What is the relation to this shop and this racist disgusting messaging?

My absolute favorite glass shop in the East Bay! Ive personally bought 6 bongs from this place and ALWAYS walked away satisfied and like i found exactly what i was looking for at half the price of some bay area glass shops! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They can and will explain anything you ask about their products! The selection is absolutely top notch! Voltage seriously has double the selection of some of the more well known berkeley glass shops at half the price! The prices are VERY reasonable! I have never felt cheated or taken advantage of here. The owner has even helped me out a bit when I was JUST short on $ Stop by and see what they got! You won't be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to this shop for years since it is close to where I live and they have a wide variety of things. However my most recent experience is enough to make me not want to come back. I came in around 5:30pm on Sat night to do some Christmas shopping and pic up some papers. I was greet by a man with a deep voice and long dreds, he asked if I needed help I responded just looking but thank you. He continued to push for conversation even after I told him I would prefer not to talk and just continue perusing. He did not find this an acceptable answer as he continued to tell me why I needed to talk to him. He went so far as to say this “this wasn’t a grocery store and people need to talk to him to find out what they need”. I don’t know why he was so insistent but it made me very uncomfortable and I instantly left the store without buying anything. Unfortunately I don’t see myself coming back to the shop anymore.

Most of the staff seem unfocused, impatient and not very knowledgeable about there own products. They do have a lot of nice stuff. Unfortunately, it's all overpriced.
