Renee, Wendy, Heather, Muhammad are all very knowledgeable, helpful, get to know you, and have a great inventory of a wide range of products. Most off all the prices on their products you will not find for less anywhere else unless maybe online.

Ive been using this smoke shop for several years now and seen it pass through several owners. The Smoke and vape shop's current owner is a great guy and and makes the experience comfortable and fun. You can tell he loves his store, he enjoys interacting with his customers, always cracking jokes or telling funny stories. He isnt afraid to ask questions himself if say a customer has more knowlege about a product or purchased a product and he can learn more about it and how well it worked or if it worked as well as it was intended. He keeps a revolving inventory of great products that is always growing and changing, while still making sure he meets the needs of his regulars. Most other smoke shops, tend to have a policy that- all sales are final, and once you leave the store, they no longer take any responsability for the product you purchased. If I have ever found a flaw in a product or was unhappy with it, he has always done everything possible to make it right or exchange it, without ever accusing me of being the one at fault. Its really rare to find that kind of service anywhere anymore. I always try to stop in on the days I know he is working in the shop, because he treats his regular customers as if they are family. It can be a rare thing these days to find a store that will go above and beyond, to make sure their customers leave 120% satisfied with their experience, a smile on their face, and also offer support for any future issues that may arise. It is very much appreciated and his store has definitely earned my loyalty!
