I visited Pluto Smoke Shop in Corona on Wednesday morning while looking for a specific smoking accessory, and I had a great experience. Cynthia greeted me right when I walked in and welcomed everyone with a positive attitude. I had several questions, even though I can be pretty picky, she was patient, helpful, and never made me feel rushed. Her customer service was genuinely refreshing and hard to find these days. Absolute worst customer service ever I have been coming to the smoke shop for quite some time and I have never experienced the most absurd customer service From this Arabic girl Maybe she's just having a bad day Totally understandable But this girl shouldn't be on the floor Other than that, I think the store is great and the other employees are awesome

They got the latest and greatest products in the industry. Selection is massive! Felt like a kid in a candy store for my Smoke accessories and vape! Asked for a particular product and he brought it in next day for me. This will be my go to smoke shop! I love supporting this young owner.
