Stopped by this smoke shop recently and honestly had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and actually knew their products instead of just trying to sell me anything. The shop was clean, organized, and had a huge selection of everything I needed. Prices were fair too which is hard to find nowadays. Definitely one of the better smoke shops around — I’ll for sure be coming back. Shoutout too Cisco for helping me out

Seriously I tell everyone about this place when anything even vaguely related comes up in conversation, even with strangers haha they're the absolute BEST both for the area AND the whole city!! They're all really nice and welcoming and they have the lowest pricing. They're selection for the whole place has something for everyone and it's not just like one of two things, there's a decent amount of choices for literally anything you need/are looking for. And the employees/owners are so nice and welcoming and helpful and they have no problem explaining how something works for you (and they never have an attitude about it or treat you like you're dumb if you ask them to show you/anything really) the place is really open and clean too. Also if you're making a large purchase or if you're a regular customer, they'll usually give a small discount, especially if you pay in cash. Plus if you buy something and for whatever reason it ends up not working or has a defect, just call and explain what happened and in my experiences they said to come back and they replaced the item with no problems or arguing it was hella easy. The vibes for this place are the chilliest too. Plus they're open until midnight thats just too convenient!! Highly recommend to anyone, even if you're just buying cigarettes!! You're definitely doing yourself a disservice if you don't check it out at least once. And if you live closer to sixth street and Lincoln they have a sister location that's open until midnight as well with a slightly smaller sized store but with the same high quality unique stuff that the Ontario location has and more.

Karla had excellent customer service she went above and beyond open my vapes. Did it all with a smile. If you need a vape or anything related it’s the place to go!

I went in on Sunday to grab a vape and it was one of my best experiences at any smoke shop. Leila and Jackie were very sweet and made it easy for me to get what I needed and the pricing was pretty solid too.
