The restaurant is good and located in a nice area. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. We’ve been here three times already, so I can leave an honest review based on real experience. The first time we came, we had a great waiter. Everything was delicious, beautiful, and perfect. The second time, we were served by a girl from Turkey, and she was also amazing. The service was excellent, and the food and drinks were very tasty. But the third visit was completely different. This time we had a guy serving us, and he didn’t even introduce himself. First of all, after we sat down, we waited around 25 minutes just to get menus. Then we waited almost an hour for the food, even though there were only two occupied tables inside the restaurant. We were sitting outside. After that, he brought the hookah. The hookah tasted bad and had almost no airflow. We asked him to fix it, and he only changed the coals. It became slightly better, but still not good. When we asked him again, he said, “Sorry, I have no more coals, there’s nothing I can do.” He also constantly forgot to bring things we asked for. Then our friend’s wife ordered a raspberry cocktail, but they brought her something with lime instead. She said she didn’t like it and asked why it tasted nothing like raspberry and why she couldn’t feel any alcohol at all. His response was basically, “It’s good, it’s okay, it’s okay.” Only after the third time asking did he finally replace the drink, and even then he did it with an unhappy attitude. The replacement cocktail was still not very good, even though she ordered the exact same drink on a previous visit and it tasted amazing back then. The worst part was when he told us, “You stayed 40 minutes too long already, it’s time to leave.” Honestly, that was shocking and extremely disrespectful. In 12 years living in America, I’ve never heard anything like that in a restaurant. No matter how good the food is, that moment stayed in our memory. So yes, I can recommend the food and the atmosphere, but I definitely cannot recommend that waiter. I would also recommend that the restaurant seriously reconsider the quality of service provided by some of the waiters. Good food and atmosphere are very important, but service is what makes customers come back. With this kind of attitude toward guests, the restaurant risks losing loyal customers.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice with friends, and I want to say that I really enjoyed the food. The chicken and beef kebabs were very delicious, and the lamb was also excellent. The menu is very diverse with many great options, and the prices are reasonable. You can also order from outside and get food to go, which is very convenient. The first time we visited, we were served by a young girl from Turkey. We really appreciated her great service. However, at the end, I believe the manager came over and told us that we needed to leave because we had stayed 40 minutes too long. That felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

The food here is honestly so delicious Everything we tried was incredibly flavorful and fresh. Yes, the food is a bit oily/heavy, but still extremely tasty. We came here for the first time and had an amazing experience — our waiter was very kind and attentive, and we loved everything so much that we decided to come back a second time. The second visit was also great. We had a waitress from Turkey (as she told us), and she was amazing. She made a very good hookah, recommended delicious drinks, was super friendly, attentive, and honestly did her job 100%. Unfortunately, our third visit was disappointing, and that’s the reason we can only give 3 stars instead of 5. This time our waiter seemed inattentive and not really in the mood to work. It honestly felt like it was his first day. He kept forgetting things we asked for. For example, we ordered food and asked for bread with it, but he forgot the bread. Then our friend ordered a raspberry cocktail, but he brought a lemon one instead. She explained politely that she didn’t like it and didn’t want it, but he just said “that’s okay.” After about 30 minutes we had to ask again if it could be changed because she wasn’t going to drink or pay for something she didn’t order. He kept saying that his boss doesn’t allow changes like that, which honestly surprised us because we’ve never experienced this in America before. Eventually he replaced it, but the new drink was also not very good, even though we had ordered the same cocktail on a previous visit and loved it. He also forgot to bring a Coca-Cola we ordered. When we first arrived, we waited around 20–25 minutes just to get menus, and only after we reminded him did he bring them. Then he immediately told us that the restaurant would close soon and we would need to leave, which already felt unwelcoming. After we ordered, we waited around 45 minutes for the food even though there were only two tables occupied in the restaurant. By the time the food finally arrived, there were only about 30 minutes left before closing. Of course we stayed a bit longer because we wanted to enjoy our dinner properly, especially since we arrived early. Later he told us we had already stayed 40 minutes after closing, which again felt very unfriendly and uncomfortable. The hookah during the third visit was also not good. It was too light at first, and when we asked him to change the coals, he only added more instead of replacing them. Later when we asked again, he told us they were already out of coals because everything had been cleaned up. We truly love the food and had two really good experiences here before, which is why this last visit disappointed us so much.

A very welcoming staff, thanks Oscar!, and good food being served here. We were a large group and ordered both the hot and cold appetizer samplers which all delicious, definitely give the babaganoush a try. Also tried their kibbeh nayyeh which when mixed well is delicious. We ordered the family dinner and all the meats were cooked just right, flavorful and juicy. I washed everything down with a cold glass of Almaza beer. Cheers!

The service was really good with a friendly and kind waiter. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was quiet on our side of the restaurant because we were there during the week. The food, though flavorful was overcooked and somewhat expensive given the portions. We weren't super impressed as we have tried really good Middle Eastern restaurants before.
