Awesome cashier, super friendly and helpful. She even wrote down information that I might need, because moments before entering the store I broke my glasses and I was having a hard time focus my eye sight.

Terrible service, i were the boss i would be looking to the girl cashier Alanna. Has someone at the shop with her all time and is rude.

Wouldnt trust the cashier lady Alanna, always has her guy around giving attitude to customers. Very terrible service

The lady who works there seems like she’s a rude or cold person, and I see in the comments that a lot of people are complaining about that but after going there a few times I noticed that she’s just extremely professional. She knows everything about the products and patiently waits for me to make up my mind. I’m not looking to make a friend, I just want to buy what I need and then leave. She’s never overcharged me or been rude or disrespectful to me; she simply rings me up, I pay, and then I leave. I think it’d be worse if she was chatty and annoying. But that’s just me. There’s probably some real jerks that go in there and if I was her I’d want to make sure people don’t think they can take advantage of me. I think that’s what she’s doing—being professional and that’s all I need. Great place and they have EVERYTHING a smoke shop should have. Fair prices too.

I had a fantastic experience at JJ Smoke Shop thanks to Esmeralda! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me in choosing the perfect product to help with my wisdom tooth pain. Her customer service was excellent, making sure I understood my options and providing recommendations that really worked for me. I truly appreciate her friendly, professional approach, and I will definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend! Also the Legal Lean is a must !! Try! Love it!
