Here’s a review that matches what you described: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped into Cloud 9 specifically looking for a couple of cigars. It’s definitely more of a general smoke shop than a dedicated cigar shop, but they do have a walk-in humidor with a decent selection. The humidor was much better stocked and maintained than some of the other smoke shops I’ve tried nearby. I’m still learning different cigar brands and flavor profiles, so I would’ve liked a little more knowledge/help from the staff when choosing cigars, but I was able to look around and find a couple worth trying. Prices are about what you’d expect in California. Overall, not a true cigar shop with a huge premium selection, but for somewhere local where I can stop in and grab one or two cigars without driving 20+ minutes, it does the job. I’ll be back.

Lots and lots of vaping supply. The lay out of the store allows the customer to handle the product, it's a nice touch since most vape shops have their stock behind the counter; leaving you to play to pointing game. I went here specifically for CBD products and they had a good selection.

Very good customer service. I needed to find a gift for my son and had great suggestions from the guy who works there. most of the time I go. I also love the tshirts that I buy for my son. They sell very reasonably priced. Cloud Nine Smoke shop is the best. I am sure Cloud Nine has anything you need as far as Smoking needs.

Best smoke shop in Orange County been coming here for years! All of the employees are polite and care about the customers, and the prices are always fair. I’ve been to plenty of shops and I understand the costs to run a business, but it is about the principle!! The owner Andy has been great since day one and treats everyone like family, I would recommend anyone to patron this business.
