I’ve been coming to this station weekly for a long time and have always appreciated the friendly staff. On **October 1, 2025**, however, I purchased an “Ultimate Carwash” and the wash ran without dispensing any soap. I went inside to let them know and waited about **30 minutes** for a manager named **Om Giri** to address the issue. Instead of listening to my concern, Mr. Giri immediately tried to give me another car‑wash code and insisted I run my car through again. I explained that washing a car with no soap can damage the paint, and I politely declined. He refused to check the security cameras (I have dash‑cam footage), raised his voice, laughed at me, and repeatedly inferred I was a liar in front of other customers and staff. He spoke down to both me and a courteous female employee who had initially tried to help. I was shocked by his unprofessionalism. I wasn’t initially looking for a refund; I just wanted the issue acknowledged and the equipment fixed. The other employees here are great, but this manager’s behavior was unacceptable. Hopefully management will address the problem and provide training so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Ask for Yara, she keeps the bathroom thoroughly clean, sanitized n well stocked. Managers dat do care about der customers. Do visit n keep yr family safe.

This may be the most beautiful gas station store I have ever seen! Maybe I haven't been to enough loops but this one was great. The bathrooms were clean, there was a fresh orange juice juicer, coffee machine, salad bar, and an ice cream machine! What a great store and the employees were very nice!

Online it says loop is supposed to be a 24 hour, but I went to put gas in last night at like 3am last night since I had to drive a friend home. Tried to pay cash, so I went to go check if the store was open, doors were locked but I saw a worker in his uniform sitting down by the window and on his phone. I was thinking, if the store is supposed to be closed due to locked doors then why would there be a person inside? I didn't get to check if there was any store hours though. So I went back to my car to try to pay card instead, and machine said to pay inside and I'm just like l, can't do that either since the store is closed. I checked the machine on another aisle which also said a paper that says pay inside. So I end up going to another gas station. So to take away from here, don't come to this gas station at night when you need emergency gas. Not a reliable place.
