This place was cool until today. They had what looked liked a kid at the counter and I had bought a disposable wax pen which was 35 dollars plus tax. He had no idea of the cost and looked confused on what I was asking for, he even had to call someone to figure out the price. Before I left the store after my purchase they had me test it out it seemed fine I’ve never purchased one before then I walked out the store and notice it wasn’t working. I had never used one before so I didn’t know what to expect. And thought all was good. Not even an hour later the wax is all liquid and dripping out the top with a single hit when setting down. And it turns on and starts making a noise. So I called and ask what they could do and he clicked on me. So I went inside and explained and he told me he wasn’t responsible once it left the store which is understandable. But I asked even if I could get an exchange or anything he said no I spent almost forty bucks for it not to work. I could’ve at least got a free small thing under 20 bucks.

I've visited this smoke shop, Smoke 4 Less, many times, and each visit has been a pleasure. Even if I don't need anything, I still stop by just to chat with the wonderful staff. It's disheartening to see fake accounts spreading misinformation and posting negative reviews based on unfounded claims. I urge those writing reviews to focus on honesty and fairness rather than spreading hate due to personal biases about someone's background or beliefs. I also want to reach out to new customers, especially with the upcoming sale on May 30th, to let you know what a fantastic place this is. Regarding BayMo's comments about smell and dust, I must disagree. I have never encountered a smoke shop as clean and well-organized as Smoke 4 Less. In fact, I often help the staff clean and organize when new shipments arrive. Their commitment to cleanliness and customer service is commendable. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a knowledgeable team, I highly recommend Smoke 4 Less!

Went here yesterday and they had a few flavored zyn packs so i bought them($10 a piece) but whatever. Anyway i open one up today and it tasted funky. Turns out they were all carefully opened and the flavor was switched to smooth anyway this place scams people bad read the other bad reviews.

This place is top notch. It’s a pretty big store compared to other smoke shops and they have an extensive selection of products to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. But the main reason I had to give this place 5 stars was the customer service I received from Moe. It’s not the closest smoke shop to me, but I will happily drive a little extra just to support this guy!

Moe and Abe are incredibly funny, friendly, and helpful. There have been multiple times myself and friends stayed in the store for a few minutes after checking out just to continue our conversation with them. Great deals too! Have been a regular for almost 2 yrs
