The bartender was an amazing, personable and friendly woman. However, the big back waitress with the Mexican national soccer shirt completely ignored me while I was sitting alone at my table. I'm not sure what it is about me that she didn't like but in my experience and this is going to sound arrogant. But for those of you who have gone through weight loss and have had a glow up, you tend to notice that bigger people will ignore you. This woman for whatever reason never attended to me. I had to get my drinks at the bar directly. Maybe she thought that area was for couples or four people who are eating but the bar wasn't full. There were plenty of tables. She never asked how I was doing or if I needed anything. She just completely ignored me and she just gave that energy of not liking me. A lot of times I act like a mirror to people and if they're overweight or out of shape they tend to have their insecurities show up. Apparently this woman was a professional enough and decided to judge me for whatever reason and not attend to me despite me having done nothing wrong to her or having said anything to her. Although I could have brought this to to her attention I decided to just wait and see to see if she would just calm voluntarily because that is her job. I decided to just wait and see to see if she would just call entirely because that is her job. For those of you who have your glow up, people will always be insecure around you, whether it's your job or whether it's service workers. If you have never worked on yourself, you don't understand what I'm going through and only those who have changed in whatever shape or form. Whether it's a promotion or a body change or a mental and spiritual change. People who are insecure notice that and they try to ignore you. The service was extremely toxic with the exception of the bartender who was extremely professional with me and friendly. The security guard was absolutely wonderful and very professional as well. It's very sad that I will never go home to this business again because the people who hire the big back waitress don't know that people like her make them lose a lot of business. She can have her arrogance but she lost my business. Maybe don't hire such insecure people that will cost you business.

I visited Bella Lounge for the first time yesterday, for a speed dating event. The overall experience was great, but the highlight of my evening was my two margaritas and the delicious Mediterranean flatbread I took to go. The drinks were just right, and of course, the flatbread never made it to the house because I devoured it's deliciousness in the car. I even shared pics with my sister and friend at how good it looked and the taste was so fresh! I cannot wait to come back to this little gem.
Security and management are not doing it right. Their website currently does not mention a dress code. When we arrived we were told we couldn’t enter in a rude matter. We pointed out that there were currently people in the restaurant wearing sandals. Management told us that the rules apply after 7pm. It was currently 7:30, so they denied us entry. In the process of this convo they let a woman wearing flip flops in. When I pointed that out the security said “it is part of an outfit” - they should add that to their list of rules… Clearly they are able to make exceptions for people that look a certain way, and not for others. We had a party of 15 inside; they charged them 10 for water without mentioning to them that there is a cost. Overall, while I understand that rules are rules. It is clear that the security and management only make these rules for certain people.
Good drinks and atmosphere. When they ask you if you want water, they will charge you for the $10 voss water without asking you first. We ordered food but then were told the chef was on break. We cancelled the food item but were still charged for it (all this despite us being the only customers in there).
It was date night, and was trying to check out Ola, but then I saw this open lounge in the corner and decided to check it out. It looked pretty exclusive, so we called to see if this was a reservation only type of place. Since it was not busy, they said to just come in, so we did. Drinks were so good. We started off with a Manhattan and Watermelon spritzer. Drinks were 10/10. But wow, nothing is going to beat how good the yellow tail aguachiles were. Flavor was on point. Ended up getting more drinks and appetizers and ended the night. We will be coming here again because the service was also great. We felt respected.
