Last time I went here I gave a five star review because the lady working was really nice and helpful, plus they had what I wanted at a great price. That was a few months ago. I went out of my way to go back to this store today and a new guy was working. I didn’t catch his name but I was very disappointed when I walked out. He wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. When I asked if they still had what I got last time he said they didn’t have it. Then I asked what kind of cigarettes they had and he told me they didn’t have any. So I asked him when they would be getting more and he said he didn’t know. I literally asked him if he knew anything and he just shrugged his shoulders! Please find someone else to work there because that guy is going to make you guys lose customers & sales. Honestly people like him shouldn’t be hired to a store where customer service is number one in keeping your business thriving. I was just really let down today so I hope you guys hire better people in the future. Thank you.
