I had a great experience at Upscale Smoke Shop recently. Ash helped me out, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain options, pointed out good pricing, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable without any pressure. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave informed and satisfied. The shop itself is well organized, and the vibe is welcoming. If you’re looking for a place with solid knowledge and respectful service, this is definitely it. Shoutout to Ash I’ll be coming back.

I came back from Mexico after two months, the service is just not the same anymore after Ash left. I just found this out. No one cares anymore and you can tell through their Customer service. These people just want you to come in and leave. No one is helpful anymore. three stars due to their location and their hours, but their customer service and friendliness is gone. It’s just not not the same and this deserves a review. I’ll still keep coming back due to the convenience. But I will just come and go as you guys expect me to.

The staff was super helpful, and the selection is top notch. Found exactly what I needed quickly Highly recommend🙌

Theres multiple locations of this upscale smoke shop. I have been to this one and the one by El super off Eastern. And both locations are great, clean and the workers are chill and helpful. I love that they're open til midnight!! And they also sell my fave wired rolling papers , Randys!!

Ash is an amazing person who takes his time to help out every customer, definitely was the best customer service I’ve had, would recommend coming on his shift
