5 stars for 11 Smokes Smoke Shop and especially Alex for the amazing customer service. This is one of the best smoke shops around. very professional, friendly, and always helpful. They stay open late, which is super convenient, and they have a huge variety of products including glass pieces, hookah supplies, vapes, great flavors, smoking accessories, and pretty much everything you need in one place. Alex is a great guy and always takes care of customers with respect and good recommendations. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is top-level every time.
