Mike hooked me up with a solid hookah. Great quality, fair price, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. Really knows his stuff and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend this spot.

My initial interaction with this shop was actually friendly and positive, which makes the rest of this experience even more disappointing. I purchased two hookahs, and one of them came with a defective hose right out of the box. When I returned to the shop to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly told that the owner was “traveling” and that nothing could be done. At this point, I’m starting to think the owner is on some kind of Marco Polo world tour, because apparently they’re never around when a customer needs help. A basic exchange or refund should not depend on whether the owner is in town. That’s simply poor customer service and a lack of accountability. It’s unacceptable to sell defective products and then avoid taking responsibility. Unfortunately, this experience has lost me as a customer. I would not recommend this place if you expect any support after your purchase.

The vapor smoke shop has amazing deals on tanks, mods, coils, e-liquid and batteries. The staff is super friendly and understanding. They hooked me up with the right coils needed for my prince stick mod. Huge Hookahs and cigars collection.

Mike was super knowledgeable and he helped me pic out my new super cute hookah and good quality products. It was my first hookah and he told me everything i needed to know. Habib was so nice and taught me how to fill the clay head. Randy helped me build it and take it apart so when i got home i wouldn’t be completely clueless. I’m definitely coming back they we so sweet and patient with all my questions

The best in San Diego!! I get all the stuff for my hookah from them, I got my own hookah from them it’s so good. They are so friendly especially Mike. I highly recommend the Habibi tobacco bowls literally it’s the best, the prices are great and you can ask them to mix your favourite tobacco flavours and take it by kilos.
