I Bought 2 from Luke, I opened the new “Bull Geek Bar” that was suggested to me. Opened the box and the battery was already at 96%, which I noticed but Luke told me it’s somewhat common with their products. I leave the store and get to the car out front and it’s already at 92% so I went back in expecting a replacement for my defective product or a refund. I showed Luke how every time I hit the vape it would go down in percent and he got a bit flustered about it and I kinda felt bad for dude cuz it ain’t even bros fault the product was faulty. If the manager or store owner would compensate me for my purchase, it would be very much appreciated and I’ll remove this review. I can also provide video evidence of the battery going down 2% in 17 seconds after TWO HITS

This store has an amazing selection. Just about any kind of attachment you can think of is available at this store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The only thing that was less than 5 stars was the price. Some of the pieces were very reasonable. But some were just outragous. Great customer service from the counter person. Thanks for the change of scenery.

Worst customer service in all of East County. Will sell you something that already is used (has wax on it) that doesnt fit for the product you told him you have. Then won't return or exchange once it left the door even though I never left my parking spot. Fine. I own the piece now. Its mine to do what I want. Have fun cleaning the glass off the floor. Tried to snatch my puffco out of my hands because he wss angry I broke my own glass piece. Avoid this place. Snakes in the industry.

Love the shop always helpful a, Steven is always very kind and willing to help. With great recommendation.

They have the Best Prices I have found in San Diego. The person that helped me was friendly and helpful. I love their sign on the door that says no deodorant no service. They are Open 24 hours! It is Easy to find and has plenty of parking. If you Vape like me, you have to check out this store. My friend from work told me about this place and I am so glad she did. They had exactly what I was looking for and like I mentioned the price is much less than the previous shop I used to go to.
