I recently had the pleasure of visiting, and I must say, it's a true gem for smokers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Customer service is on point. They have in stock all you need with great variety and awesome prices. Definitely coming back . Most dope place in the valley.

I went to look at the pokemon cards and they are selling them way overpriced, the employee seems like he doesn’t like answering questions, kind of like passive aggressive. They respond to all 1 star reviews with “**unverified visit” they don’t take accountability of their service/actions. I’m willing to bet that I’ll get a response saying “unverified visit” as well. Taking accountability goes a long way for a local business. Edit: when scalping is at its peak, yes, I go to a smoke shop to see how much they are pricing their surprisingly decent amount of pokemon merchandise, considering its a smoke shop.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at PieceKeeper Glass Shop. First of all, the customer service is absolutely terrible—rude and dismissive, with zero effort to resolve my concerns. On top of that, the product quality is awful! It’s so fragile that it broke almost immediately. For something this expensive, I expected much better. This shop is overpriced, and the products are not worth a dime. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to waste their money.

Honestly, feel bad for the guy trying to start a business and having random people that definitely didn’t visit giving him a one star review for no reason. The selection was great and the prices were great. To me that’s all that matters.
