They are all great people and they offer a great service. The shop, itself, is nicely stocked with a wide variety of products. SMOKER'S OUTLET is definitely one of my favorite places in Imperial Valley.♡

Close to my house in imperial very convenient since imperial don't have a smoke shop (even if imperial did have a smoke shop I wouldn't want to go cause this town is small and people talk) so this place being hidden in the north side is perfect for the discreet smoker go in get what you need leave no one judges you so if you like this place being in such a good spot instead of buying from stores wraps papers and sometimes tobacco buy here so it stays here cause they have to deal with changing laws and police looking to catch them selling anything that recently became illegal so they can fine them so I say support this place please! coming from a hard working American that loves weed and doesn't want everyone to know it cause it does change your reputation just a FYI I will buy a pipe once a week to hopefully get this place to stay where it is and the best part about here is good customer service I showed up am hour before close and the guy was closed up in his car he opened the doors to sell me the product I wanted very flexible with the customers I owe them a good review they did it for me 2 times

Hands down the best service in the valley. The owner Al is the chillest dude ever. Super helpful and very nice. The variety is amazing and honestly very affordable. This is my go to stop and considering I live much closer to another smoke shop.. it says something when I’m willing to make the drive and come here!

Bad service, bad selection, bad prices and even worse quality. If you need glass, avoid at all costs. If you need vapes/juice, last resort. I'm from Wisconsin, traveling the country and this is hands down the worst smoke shop I've been to, so far. If that changes I'll come change my review.
