I've been coming here for years, and was one of Ahmed's first customers after he bought and re-opened the shop. Love that guy, such a pleasure to walk in and be greeted so warmly! Good prices, very committed to customer service, and he goes out of his way to make sure what I buy is in-stock and set aside each week. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for years and never have I ever felt more at home. Ahmad is the most humble and sweetest human being I have ever met. Not only is the customer service pristine, but he has a HUGE selection of tobacco and pipes with the lowest prices in town. Not to mention, this is the only place you can still get menthol cigarettes. This family owned business, makes you feel at home!! I wish I could give it a million stars.

Bought a Pax here a year ago. Best price by far. Super friendly. Recommended it to a friend, and he had the same experience. They were super nice and had great prices. The earliest review was from 6 years ago. If they were that bad, they would not be there anymore.

The gentleman here is really nice. He had a synthetic nicotine vape brand that I couldn't find anywhere else in the area (Komge), and I had called or been to at least 6 places. While I was there the first time, I also decided to grab a new pipe on my way out, and he gave me a discount that I wasn't expecting, since I had bought 2 vapes, so that was very kind of him. I'll keep coming back. Thank you!

This place doesn't have much for hookah tobacco or products. Some Fumari. I asked them to order some product for me... they said yes. I confirmed the day before I came for pick up. I waited an extra day just to give them time but when I got there they had 3 or 4 new flavors and none was what I ordered. I was a little put off by that. So I got Fumari instead... but it was 2 dollars more than what I paid 2 weeks prior from someone else in the store. Inconsistencies are not good for customer service. Not sure if I'll be back. But they have a parking lot... which is nice in this area.
