They illegally sell nitrous oxide tanks for drug use. A family member was just hospitalized last night (for the second time) because Smoke Depot continues to sell nitrous tanks to him even though they’re fully aware he’s an addict and using them to get high. Smoke Depot is on notice that they will be sued and have the authorities involved should he or any one else become seriously injured or die as result of their supplying nitrous to them, knowing full well it’s not being used for “culinary purposes”. I’ve called them to let them know who he and his girlfriend are and that they are purchasing the nitrous to get high (illegal) but they refuse to stop selling it to them because they’re making money off his addiction. Absolutely disgusting! Parents and loved ones of addicts beware! It’s time we get lawmakers to close the loopholes that allow shady smoke shops to sell nitrous to be abused as a drug.
