This place has a great employee there named Chito a nice guy that helped me buying a refillable vape and a bottle of Apple brand tabacco flavored juice. Chito was a really good help in showing me how to fill my vape since it was my first time buying a refillable vape. He even showed me the different settings on my vape! I would definitely go back again! Thank you Chito for your help and making my vaping experience a good one!

This place used to be cool. I’m not sure what happened, but all I can say is that their customer service and professionalism is … unusual. They’ve called and texted me from their personal phone numbers, which I think is a bit unprofessional. They’ve told me they have my order for pickup, and then told me “actually one of the staff left it at their house and needs to go get it” and that I can pick it up at 3, and then they call again at 2:30 and say actually 3 doesn’t work anymore, and then they offer to drop it off at my work?? Which I mean, that’s very nice of them, but a bit weird... Things like this have happened a few times with them. Twice in a row they got my order wrong. More recently they said that no one would be at the store for me to pick up my order and said they’d leave it in a bush outside??? Lmao. And then they called again a few hours later and said “actually we might not have what you ordered”. It just feels very unorganized. The staff are nice enough, don’t get me wrong. Just have a very strange way of running a business. I think I’ll be going to American Smoke Shop from now on. I’m sorry Cloud 9, y'all have been my go-to for years, but every single order I’ve placed with you guys recently has just been a headache.

Fantastic selection of inventory. I don’t think I’ve ever gone inside the store and been told they don’t carry what I’m looking for. Michelle and Tyler always provide excellent service and I highly recommend this location.
