I popped in for the first time, a few days ago. As soon as i walked in, it smelled awesome, like incense. The lady that worked there finished up her convo with what looked like a regular. She was so helpful, super nice and I'll DEFINITELY go back, when in esco. I recommend 👌

I went in a couple of days ago to check the prices on some items. I’m not sure if it was the manager or owner. But once he heard I was just checking prices he got kind of hostile and accused me of working for another smoke shop. Not sure if I’ll be back after that as I got a bad vibe from it. But I have been there a few times in the past and they had some nice pieces. They even let me swap out a defected bong with a hole in it for free, no hassle. So they still get 4 stars.

Kevin and the owner Tyler are seriously great people!!! , I’ve gotten to know them from coming here often for Kratom products which they have THE BEST PRICES in town hands down. They appreciate their regulars which is hard to find. I seriously love coming here

I had a disappointing experience at this smoke shop. I visited yesterday and accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses there. When I returned to ask if they had been found, my concerns were quickly dismissed and I felt like no effort was made to check or help me. What made the situation feel even more uncomfortable was that the employee who had helped me immediately left the store shortly after seeing me arrive. While I can’t say what happened to my sunglasses, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. If you accidentally leave an item behind, don’t expect much assistance. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Best smoke shop in San Diego by far. Been going to the esco and poway locations for a long time and just loce the vibe and the employees are always awesome and helpful.
