Jessica helped me and she had a great attitude and did her best to find what I needed!

This place is great have a lot of great stuff, will definitely be coming back! Jessica was the greatest and helped us so much pick some great stuff:))

Great smoke shop, with a lot of variety of items. Music set the tone in the store, Jessica was very Nice and Helpful, to help find a specific item.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service — thank you, Jasmine! I had an amazing experience at Heritage Tobacco thanks to Jasmine, the young lady working the register. The store technically closes at 9:00 PM (that’s what it shows on Google and Yelp), and based on my ETA I was going to arrive about four minutes after closing. I honestly thought I was out of luck. To my surprise, Jasmine still took care of me with nothing but kindness and professionalism. She didn’t rush me, didn’t have an attitude, and treated me like a valued customer even though it was past closing time. That kind of customer service is rare these days and really deserves recognition. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my night, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Heritage Tobacco is lucky to have Jasmine, and management should be proud. — KD
