⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service — thank you, Jasmine! I had an amazing experience at Heritage Tobacco thanks to Jasmine, the young lady working the register. The store technically closes at 9:00 PM (that’s what it shows on Google and Yelp), and based on my ETA I was going to arrive about four minutes after closing. I honestly thought I was out of luck. To my surprise, Jasmine still took care of me with nothing but kindness and professionalism. She didn’t rush me, didn’t have an attitude, and treated me like a valued customer even though it was past closing time. That kind of customer service is rare these days and really deserves recognition. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my night, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Heritage Tobacco is lucky to have Jasmine, and management should be proud. — KD

I've have been to this establishment 4 times and 3 out of the 4 they were not open on time. Once it was almost 9:30am and just as I was about to leave they were just getting there to open. Now again today 9:27am not open or answering the phone. I'm never going to come back!
