King Smokes & Vapes is hands down the best shop in the area! The store is super clean, well-organized, and has an incredible selection of products. A huge shoutout to Alex, who helped me out during my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find. I will definitely be coming back here for all my needs. Highly recommend!

Horrible smoke shop with poor customer service. I went in to purchase a Puffco product and noticed they were charging $15 over the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). When I asked about the pricing, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I understand businesses need to make a profit, but overcharging and providing bad customer service is not the way to keep customers. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this shop to others. don’t come here for a PUFFCO products

It's very irritating when you have a posted time on your door and you don't abide by it. One thing that's great about businesses and keeping time is that they should open their doors when they say they 9:20. When the open and nine, you run to a place. And they're not open, lights are on. But they're not there to help anybody very disappointing.

Always clean, casual never crowded. If there's ever anything wrong with my purchase they replace or refund me. Good prices.
