I came here about 2 months ago and had a good experience, so I decided to come back but this time was completely different. The weed quality wasn’t the same, and the vape prices have went up which feels really inconsistent. The girl working there was also more focused on her livestream than helping customers, and it made the service feel inattentive and unprofessional. Last time everything was smooth, but this visit was disappointing. Not sure if I’ll be coming back after this.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! Smoker Broz in Fremont is by far Go-to shop. The staff there is always so friendly and welcoming — they treat you like a regular even on your first visit. They really know their stuff and are happy to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. The store itself has such a chill, positive atmosphere that you can’t help but want to come back. Their selection is awesome, with quality products at prices that don’t make you flinch. And honestly, the fact they’re open until 2 a.m.? Total game-changer for those late-night needs. Smoker Broz nails it every time — great people, great products, and the kind of customer service you just don’t find everywhere. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out!

Prices are great. Customer service is always stellar. The last few times I came in Elizabeth was patient, kind and informative. Recommended to everyone.
