Customer service is good. They also have a private cigar room where customers can browse through many different brands & flavors.

Excellent customer service. Super chill environment. The shop is very clean and well organized. Great prices and wide variety of products. I’m new to town and this has already become my favorite smoke shop.

This was my first time visiting this smoke shop, and unfortunately it left a bad impression. I picked up an item (Super Hit Intense) that was clearly labeled $1.99 on the shelf. When I went to check out, the cashier rang it up as $3.25. I asked why the price at the register was different from the label, and his response was simply that “that’s what the register rang it up as.” There was no attempt to honor the labeled price or explain the discrepancy in a reasonable way. Because of that, I put the item back and decided not to make a purchase. Honest and transparent pricing is important to me, especially as a first-time customer. Even small situations like this affect trust and whether I choose to return. Hopefully this is something management looks into, because accurate pricing and good customer service go a long way. DON'T CHEAT PEOPLE.

This place is very friendly, the staff are knowledgeable. They really do care about your needs and take good care of their customers. Out of all the smoke shops I have been to, this is one is the best! Great location in Fremont. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer. Thank you Wonderland Smoke Shop!!!

The best smoke shop ever. I drove one hour just to here and I really like for the first time i sowed smoke shop with all you need. Definitely EVERYTHING ALL KIND OF VAPES WHATER BONGS They have so many diverse and different things that you want to buy everything. I've never seen a smoke shop with so many options and so many people flowing around all the time. You guys are the best in terms of variety, but you need to make the customer feel more comfortable. Don't pressure them to pay quickly. You should have more patience with the customer because sometimes they find things they don't expect and spend more money, man. Never pressure them to decide quickly and pay quickly. You made me feel bad and suffocated, squeezed against the wall without even having a chance to spend more. The purchase could have been bigger because I like to research everything a store has. Anyway, the total could have been higher if you were a professional salesperson. But you guys are unprofessional. The service is everything, you know. But here's a tip, and thank you anyway. Your store is top-notch with amazing products. May God bless you more each day.
