I’ve been coming here for many years spending hundreds of dollars at this shop and this is the first time I’ve come by and this guys behind the counter talks to me with some attitude and a tone of annoyance so I ask to speak to his boss and doesn’t want to give me the number or take down mine so I can get in touch with the boss. I’ve had glass break on me before (not by user error) so I’ve come in and either replaced or been discounted but this was the first time I’ve been here and someone was rude and disrespectful towards a loyal paying customer.
