I paid for $10 in gas, thought i pumped it and left. While driving away, I noticed my gas gauge never went up. I tried to call them to let them know that my gas never pumped, but their phone is disconnected. Now I’m 2 exits away, they are not answering for me to let them know to cancel it so I could get my money back, and now someone else is going to come up on $10 of gas. All because their phone is disconnected!!!

I just got ripped off for a 12-oz cup of coffee. I took my 12 oz cup to get a refill for the .99 cents cup of coffee. The lady did not honor the refill and charged me $2.19. she said they don't do refills. Had I known that I would have used their .99cent coffee Cup. Wow

It’s default you HAVE to go inside to pay (I get it, it IS Fresno😒). It’s pouring rain but walk to store, wait in line, pay with card, walk back to pump, wasn’t turned on, again go back inside, wait again (sorry not rude to be cutting or yelling) “turned on” pump, walk back to pump, still not on. 🤬 Again walk back to store, no line, get told the sale was cancelled and I had to pay again??? Car on E so had no choice, paid AGAIN, walk back out and voila, it works. However, get to work and check account and guess what…..2 charges for $50 on my account????
