This place is terrible; the restroom is disgusting, as is the store in general. This is my first time at this establishment, and it will be my last. Two of the employees provided terrible service; I saw them arguing with a customer it was awful! It seemed like they had no desire to work and spent the whole time talking; they didn't even get me what I needed. This happened on Friday, July 10, at 6:49 a.m. The owners should improve the staff's service or close the store, we want a nice peace and love town Fresno, not people like that.

On March 15th I tried to fill my 48oz insulated container and purchase 2 3-packs of chocolate chunk cookies. I have the app and I had enough club points to get a free cookie pack and according to the app soft drink refills up to 44oz are $1 and cookie packs are $0.99. I figured I wouldn't be charged much more than $3 so I took in a $5 bill. They argued with me saying my container was 74oz it's not it's just well insulated. I even opened the it up to show how thick the insulation was. They saw the $5 bill I had and were saying I had the money so what's the problem? They ended up charging me $4.23. Plus the receipt didn't even print properly. I need the receipt for my records because I'm a disabled adult on SSI. I'm never going back again and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away. The cookies were good as always at least.

Awesome staff, everybody's always professional and smiling coffee.Super hot food is nice and hot.\n The store is immaculately clean. The restrooms are also clean and the staff is well-dressed in uniform.

Worst experience ever at a store. I am disabled and my wife has to help me use the restroom. I've been to the store multiple times and my wife has come in. Help me use the restroom and everything is fine. Today the lady at the front counter screamed and yelled only one person in the restroom at a time. Only one person in the restroom at a time and refuse to allow my wife to help me. My wife tried to explain to her she's disabled, I have to help her and the lady yelled at us again and refused to let her help me

Much like the location on Marks/Clinton, clerks are not fully trained on how the app works. Lady scanned it after she totalled the sale. I told her she forgot to scan my phone. She picked it up and tried scanning it. Her reply, "No discount ". Of course there wouldn't be, you totalled it already. I would have liked to have got my soda for free, but that's fine. But by not scanning it properly, she shorted me on getting five more scratchers. Why is it that the customers have to explain how these apps work, and train the employees. Don't you folks check on these people to make sure they are ready to work the register? The store was clean and the restroom. Two stars on that. Customer service, zero.
