I came to buy lotto and did not make the cut- off - I always buy two of each lotto games - The female on duty flatly told me she couldn’t process it and that I’d have to take something else or wait. I told her I didn’t want anything else - but she had already charged my card and would not/could not give me a refund. I asked why she had charged me before getting the tickets - she then got a bit snippy and accused me of getting angry - that attitude did make me angry - I was asking legitimate questions and she simply dismissed me . She wasn’t polite or helpful. The male clerk was very nice and tried to help me - he went to check the machine within 5 minutes and was able to print my tickets. The girl simply walked away from me with such an arrogant attitude as if she was being put upon to exhibit any kind of customer service. This is not the kind of employee that invites customer loyalty. I feel sorry for her.

I missed the ampm that was on Herndon/99 so I'm glad they decided to build one close by! I come here often when I need gas and this store is always in top shape. Very clean, organized, and spacious. The employees are always quick and kind as well. Sometimes they don't have a lot of hot food available, but I usually get a quick drink or snack, so it doesn't bother me.

I was pumping gas and witnessed 2 night shift female ampm workers ( long hair white lady and black lady) being very insulting and possibly discriminative towards an older gentleman so I videoed it. Honestly...I don't know how he held his composer.

Store is very clean. This is the third time I go in and only 1 employee was wearing a mask. Two others were not I got attitude from one of the cashier's last week when I brought it to his attention This non compliance is getting old. Is this the training they provide for the employees?
