I went today to use my $5 off $25 and after I did one transaction I went back to see other deals and I wasn't going to buy anything, and the store manager came and kick me out very rude. Her argument was that I wasn't allowed to to two transactions in 1 day which is stupid. I wasn't even at the register and she was already yelling at me She was very disrespectful and when I asked for her name to write my review no one give it to me and she's didn't have a name tag on.

They never answer their phone! I cannot imagine running a store where you ignore your business line. I get that some customers can be entirely rude, but for physically disabled individuals who have disabled children with dietary restrictions that you have to hunt around town at different stores to find the few things they can eat... you can't just travel to every single store in town in the hopes that they have certain things!

In regards of "Christian worker or supervisor" he's short, skinny, has long black hair wears glasses has rocker look lil short guy maybe 5ft of Dollar general on Church Ave Fresno California has very poor customer service I went in for a return and he did not want to honor there return policy I showed him that online that dollar general has a return policy but he didn't care. He started to cuss me out and gets physical with me "chest bumps me" because I proved to him that I had returned my item at another DG with return receipt so I proved him wrong and he couldn't handle it. I'm going to report him to HR "human resources" if u don't like your job or lack communication skills etc u shouldn't be working there plain and simple.

Whenever I'm inside the store I hear the phone ringing and ringing nobody answers it. I tried calling myself right now the phone just rang and ringgold answered

I went into this exact dollar general and got what I needed but there is a guy named Christian he was very rude when asked questions about the items in the store he seemed like he was under the influence of drugs he was very angry and disrespectful towards me...I did not like my experience in this store...Christian looks like he does not take his job seriously and needs to be talked too or other other serious actions need to be taken ...he will be reported to HR
