Jonathan was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire experience. When we were first helped it was from this guy. There was a long line so I know he was trying to get done and get us out. He was nice but I don’t feel like he really listened to me and my daughter as far as what we were needing… it really wasn’t that bad but when we got to the register Selena was our cashier. She asked us a few questions and after we told her what we needed (I’m not really familiar so I didn’t know exactly what to order but she made some recommendations and switched out our first order. Now I have more of an idea of what to look for when I go and the products we ended up with were great.

Great product and prices. However I noticed a $5 transaction fee upon check out. I asked the bud tender about it, BEFORE paying. He said it’s a round up on their $3 Visa card fee. And that I would be getting the $2 back. I said ok. Turned out it was an ADDITIONAL $5 charge. So I paid $8 just to use my visa. Had he be more accurate about telling me that I would have used cash. The visa fee was more than my joints cost. Sharing this so others are aware, even though it should be within the bud tenders job to inform their customers CORRECTLY about these additional fees. Like come on we all struggling financially, don’t do me with your carelessness like that.

Shoutout and thanks to Tiffany for providing an appropriate, reasonable, and timely response to a situation that could have been easily resolved in store with Chris. I wont go into the details of the situation but overall, I am satisfied and still believe Embarc is the best cannabis company in the 559. Budtenders at Shaw have good energy but Blackstone is my preferred location.

Abigail is the bomb, she's always courteous and helpful as well as beautiful. Justin is the bomb! Is still the bomb. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate him so much. I can always trust him to help me. Carmen is the bomb! I was told to come here by the manager at the Blackstone location. I'm sure glad I did. Everyone was really nice. Very helpful and didn't make me feel like I didn't matter. I highly recommend this awesome place and the awesome people working there
